Payment policy
Lost Biju accepts paypal balance payments. We use Paypal to process payments. You do not need a Paypal account to make your payment. Paypal simply handle the payments. When you get to the payment screen click on the button labelled "if you do not have a Paypal account click here" and you will be given the option to pay without needing a Paypal account.
Shipping policy
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: Customs may delay the time of arrival depending on your location and may delay it up to several weeks. Buyer is responsible for all customs fees, duties, and import charges that are levied at the time of delivery.
Please make sure your Etsy and Paypal shipping addresses are up to date! Orders that are returned to me due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided will only be resent at the customer's expense. Additionally, orders that are abandoned by the customer for any reason will not be returned to the customer and will only be resent at the customer's expense.

Refund Policy
Returns should be made within 5 days of when the purchase is received. Shipping cost to return the item is the responsibility of the buyer and refund of the purchase price less any shipping will be made promptly via PayPal once the item has been received by me.
If your item has arrived damaged or is not what you expected please contact me immediately to review your situation. In most cases a full refund or replacement will be issued -- I want all customers to be happy! :)
